Measure Band
Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your rib cage, directly underneath your bust, and make sure it remains parallel to the ground. Measure* in inches and round up to the nearest whole number. Please measure with an unlined bra on or without a bra. Do not measure in a sports bra, minimizer, padded or push up bra.

Measure Cup
Measure horizontally across the fullest part of your bust in inches (usually right at your nipples). Keep the tape parallel to the ground. Round to the nearest inch. Subtract your band size from your cup size. Each inch of difference is one cup size.
